With over 30 years of business management and leadership experience, Carl Davis Jr. has a rich history of aiding small businesses in achieving their goals.
He served as the inaugural executive director for the Santa Clara County Black Chamber of Commerce, now known as the Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, in 1990. Carl pioneered the first small business incubator program within the Chamber of Commerce in 1993.
As chamber president, he orchestrated the largest convention in San Jose at the time, attracting over 10,000 Black Bowlers. During Silicon Valley’s first Super Bowl, Carl collaborated with the NFL to launch the inaugural Bay Area Black Youth Tech-a-thon, promoting STEM education among black youth.
Carl was elected to the President’s White House Council on Small Business and has collaborated with Chambers of Commerce at local, regional, and national levels.
