The Inclusivity Project combines education, mentorship, and peer-to-peer connection, to help existing and aspiring entrepreneurs build a comprehensive business plan and help them prepare for the long road of business ownership.
Our members have diverse backgrounds and all operate in entrepreneurial environments. We aim to create a supportive growth culture for dreamers, doers, and founders who are ready to dream big and do bigger with the collective power of a community carrying the forerunner spirit.
Membership is FREE, but not for everyone.
IP members are motivated change makers, willing and ready to take action. IP members have a well-constructed business plan and are either ready for financing or have secured financing.
We support members who are not finance-ready with the tools and educational resources to get launch-ready. Ideal IP members are ready to level up their business game while supporting other extraordinary entrepreneurs in the NorCal Black marketplace.
If you’re a dreamer, a doer, a builder, a founder, working on your first startup or have an innovative idea you want to bring to the marketplace — and are ready to leave the status quo behind — the Inclusivity Project will be a good fit for you.

Membership Criteria:
- The Inclusivity Project is for Black and African American founders and entrepreneurs
- You must be located within the state of California
- Businesses should already have a product in the market or paying clients
- Not in business yet? No problem. Sign up here for our pre-venture track
- Founder must own at least 20% of the business

Bolster your business with the support of a growing network of NorCal Black entrepreneurs. Connect with regional business leaders through high-impact training and events. Gain access to and rub elbows with potential corporate partners and leading business experts.
