This 1.5-hour workshop aims to enhance participants’ comprehension of financial management, specifically focusing on Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and financial projections.

The session will outline the significance of P&L statements and projections in business management, delving into their essential objectives and roles. Through a detailed presentation and a guided analysis of a sample statement, attendees will dissect the components of P&L statements and gain insight into their impact on a company’s financial well-being.

Additionally, the workshop will delve into the importance of financial projections in strategic planning and explore the available tools for creating accurate forecasts.

Participants will acquire strategies for developing these projections using historical data and market analysis while discussing common pitfalls in forecasting. T

he session will wrap up with a review and an open discussion, allowing participants to contemplate applying their new knowledge, followed by closing remarks summarizing the critical learning points and information on additional available resources.
